Meal Time Assistant – Cover


We are looking for people who have an hour or so to spare between either 11.50am – 1.05pm or 12.15pm – 1.30pm on an ad hoc basis to cover lunchtimes on the KS1 and KS2 playgrounds. You would get paid for the hours you work and wouldn’t be committed to everyday – as and when you are needed and are available. You will need to have a current DBS check which we can arrange if you are interested.

Mealtime Assistants to start ASAP
5 hours per week (1 hour per day)
Monday - Friday term time only
£9.00 per hour

 

We are looking to appoint bubbly and outgoing helpers to join our committed team supervising and engaging with our children at lunchtimes. We are looking for someone who is friendly, happy and a good team worker and ideally has experience of working with children.

 

This vacancy is permanent subject to the completion of a successful six month probationary period. The role will include
 Engaging and communicating with the children to promote fun cooperative play
 Supervising the children on the school playground and organising activities to encourage positive, happy and fun lunchtimes.
 Ensuring and monitoring the safety and good behaviour of all the children at lunchtime.
