English and Reading

Week Beginning 6th July

At school we have found that we are still in the process of writing our own poems as well as learning our favourite ones from the book off by heart. Therefore we have not added to the planning for this week. If you have written your poem, we'd love to see it or could you video yourself reciting your learnt poem.

Oh! I Do Like To Be Beside The Seaside

Week Beginning 6th July

As we have Sports Day in school and at home this week (you should have received an email about this), we don't have much time in school for topic this week; we will be doing some undersea crafts and you could do this too. The internet is full of amazing ideas or you could use your imagination - maybe an octopus or a beautiful fish? We'd love to see them. Next week you will need a tube - maybe from kitchen towel or a pringles tube.

Even if they don't, as a parent, you can also sign up for a 2-4 week free trial which your child can try!  Click on the image to try today!
