SFA Disco

Dear Parents and Carers,

The Southmead Friends' Association invites all pupils to our upcoming Autumn School Disco! Get ready for a night of disco lights, classic dance hits and unforgettable memories. Our previous discos were great and we hope your child can be part of the fun this year. 

To join, please complete our online form:  https://forms.gle/iFdBMQbMHMWFtRzd6 Then, pay the entry fee - £4.50 – either by: 1) in a sealed envelope with your child's name and class to our Office Staff or 2) online via BACS to Account Name: Southmead Friends Association Account number: 40299068 Sort Code: 30-90-49 Reference: child’s name and year, by Friday 17th October.

Times:
KS1 (EYFS, Years 1 and 2) – 5.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

KS2 (Years 3 - 6) - 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Dress: Party disco clothes.

Venue: Southmead School Hall.

Cost: £4.50 (includes biscuits, unlimited squash / water).

Drop off and pick up: KS2 playground, under the awning (as with previous discos). The children will line up in their classes and you will be invited into the hall to collect them afterwards, leaving via Main Reception.

This disco is for school pupils only and will be supervised by our DBS checked SFA and school staff. Unfortunately, no parents will be allowed to stay and watch the disco. If you would like to offer your help, please can you speak to our Office Staff so that you can obtain a Southmead DBS before the event. Then, please let the SFA know when you have received your DBS so we can add you to our helpers: sfa@southmead.devon.sch.uk.
