Emotional Support - The Moorings, based in Barnstaple, is an emotional support service offering people aged 18+ a free, non-judgemental safe space to talk freely and confidentiality about their mental health. The Moorings is available for face-to-face appointments, video calls, telephone calls, email and text support.
