We ask that you contact us by telephone - (01271) 812448 ext. 205 - or email - preschool@southmead.devon.sch.uk - if your child is absent so that we can keep a record of it. We have to keep registers of attendance for 7 years. We also keep letters of absence on file as a condition of the Early Years Funding Grant. The auditor’s of the grant have access to the letters and registers of attendance.
