Linking Calendar Instructions
Instructions to link the school calendar to a personal calendar.
1.Go to the school website (www.southmead.devon.sch.uk) and click on News and Events (a), select School Calendar from the drop down menu, and click on Subscribe to this calendar (b).
2.Select a category: We would suggest you select the relevant year group, SFA, Term Dates and Whole School events (which includes governor meeting dates).
3.Open your calendar that you would like to link to, on the same device that you have our website open on.
4.Select your calendar: Default, Google or Another. If you do not already have your calendar open, you will need to give the website calendar the details of your calendar.
5.Once linked, the school calendar will show on your calendar as below. (This example is from a google calendar.)
