When your child starts at Southmead you will receive a letter regarding our payments system - ParentPay. The letter will give you your username and password and explain how to set up your account.* ParentPay is how you can pay for chargeable school items such as school dinners (once your child is no longer entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals from Year 3 upwards) and school trips.
Please keep your ParentPay account topped up and in credit, if your child has school dinners. (If your child leaves the school and you have a balance on your account we can refund you.)
We also use ParentPay to send out regular communication, letters and urgent text messages, so it is important that you register for your account.
